If you are not completely happy with your purchase from brainboxcandy.com , you can return it to us within 60 days of receipt.
The following conditions apply in order for returns to be refunded :
- Package your return with sufficient protection (bubble wrap or similar) to avoid breakages in transit.
- Return the items to our warehouse (see address details below)
- Items must not have been used.
- Include the original order invoice or alternatively a note with your full name, order number, email and items being returned.
- We recommend a proof of postage receipt when returning an item, in case of loss in transit.
- Cost of postage is at the customers expense.
